I am honored to be able to share my heartfelt comments with you and Martha. I would like to share that I have had the opportunity to battle cancer with my Father, who pasted away from bone cancer; my mother, sister and the mother of my youngest son who each had breast cancer. With the exception of my father, each of these women beat the big "C", just as I know the two of you will also. I extend my heart; a helping hand should either of you need it, and $100, as a token of my support. I would also like to extend a challenge to everyone who has ever had the opportunity to come in contact with the two of you to match, or at least contribute what they can to your foundation to help not only Martha but anyone who has had a loved one that has come in contact with CANCER. Cancer can, and will be cured in our lifetime, and is beaten daily, so let’s think of it this way. “If you can conceive it; you can achieve it”. Approach each day, week and month as you have in the past not even being aware that everything that you have conceived, from your wonderful family to the friends who you have allowed into your life, everyone helping in some way for the two of you to achieve your goals. I am looking forward to adding the two of you to my circle of friends who also have beating Cancer, and to seeing the two of you, now it’s just a matter of where, Phoenix, Hawaii, or Florida, this is something that “I have conceived; so WE shall achieve it.” Carl Erikson, Phoenix AZ
